Kim, Jeff…..I ran into Branch on Sunday night in VNY, and he told me all about your excursion, thus the reason I am a fan and follower. I have camped in the meadowlands of Ouray located at those higher elevations one risks getting to (those crazy drop-offs on those Jeep roads……eeeeek!). Our daughter moved to DEN in March, and we’re planning to visit for two weekends with the middle week being the ideal time to head to Ouray! Yes, we’re coming out and, as soon as I have a grip on my July vacay, will book a cabin for 4 days. Plan to see us mid-summer, and I will be in touch by phone prior to our arrival.
