The little animals in the pics are Marmot’s. They are like a giant ground squirrel. Also woodchuck and groundhog.

Crazy, crazy mining pics. What a way to get out of the Colorado “Leave No Trace” rules. Just let nature take its course, and they’ll eventually collapse. Assuming these were formerly mining operations?
